You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused cover in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email bhjuicedealer@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We reply with a return address — do not ship anything back before you have it, parcels sent to the registered address are not processed.
Refunds
Once the parcel arrives and the item is intact, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is on you unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one, in which case we cover it.
Exceptions
Covers that have been washed or cut cannot be returned. Wellness products supplied by third-party brands follow that brand’s own returns policy, stated on their site.
